I have a pleasure to announce that MCB Employees Foundation which came into existence under a Trust Act with an objective to provide employment opportunities to the retired personnel of MCB and to make available welfare benefits to the widows of the deceased employees and stipends to the children of retired employees has performed satisfactorily in the direction for achieving objectives and goals laid down in the constitution of the Trust which was founded by MCB. In addition to the above disabled or mentally unfit or invalid employees retired on the above grounds are also entitled for the stipend. Alhamdollilah, the Foundation is on its feet and is growing rapidly. The business procured by the Foundation is based on quality of service and enjoying confidence for providing expert opinion on technical matters to our clients. Our mission to serve retired employees of MCB and their families is being achieved with great zeal, courage and efforts by the personnel of the Foundation who are also among the retired employees of the Bank or their children. Our vision is focused on the points to enhance the respect of the retired employees of MCB and their families by providing them an opportunity to work, perform and contribute in order to develop a self pride among themselves and also to earn a livelihood with prestige.
