 Gail Garrick is the dynamic, experienced and very talented owner with well over 25 years of buying experience in major corporations, coupled with a degree in Fashion Management, Gail is the driving force behind this decorative cushion boutique. Gail has been involved in fashion, beginning at an early age, with a passion for textiles and product development.
Through her many years of retail experience Gail is equipped to capitalize on her strengths of exceptional negotiation skills, development of profitable product lines and instituting long term relationships with reliable vendors and manufacturers both in the domestic and international market. Factoring in an "entrepreneurial spirit" was the evolution of kUSH HOME. Prior to starting up kUSH HOME, Gail acted at a Senior Buying level for apparel at The Forzani Group Limited (Sportchek), where she had been for over 5 years.
In addition to the hectic demands on starting up her own boutique, Gail is a family woman who has raised three children. Her daughter - and business partner - Miko, together focus on bringing Toronto Fashion for the Home, one cushion at a time. After all, Gail has an incredible eye for style. She understands what the consumers want, and even more importantly, what they need. She knows her fabrics, luxury items for the home, and her execution is legendary.
